A popular and delicious Hakka, Indian Chinese takeout dish, dry chilli chicken is made with crispy chicken chunks and lightly tossed in a spicy chilli sauce. Learn how to make this lip-smacking chilli chicken with the available items at your kitchen.

Ingredients:
For marination:
o Chicken – ½ kg
o Egg – 1
o Soy sauce- 1 tsp
o Salt – ¼ tsp
o Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
o Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
o Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
o Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
After 2 hours,
o Corn flour – 2 tbs

Sauce mixture:
o Water – 14 tbs
o Chicken masala powder – 1 ½ tbs
o Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
o Garlic powder or juice – 1 tsp
o Ketchup – 3 tbs
o Hot sauce – 1 tbs
o Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
o Vinegar – 1 ½ tsp
o Soy sauce – 2 tbs (whisk well)

Final cook:
o Oil
o Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
o Onion cubes – 1
o Capsicum cubes – 1 (stir for 3-4 mins)
o Green chilli chopped – 2-3
o Green onion white part (saute for few secs)
o Sauce mixture
o Corn flour – 1 tbs + 3 tbs water and stir until sauce thickens.
o Add fried chicken (stir for few mins)
o Green onion leaves – 2-3 tbs
NOTE: The measurements given in the video is meant for 2 kg of chicken.
