FOR CHICKEN MARINATION:
boneless chicken 1kg

1egg
1tsp salt
1/2tsp black pepper
3TBSP soy sauce
FOR SAUCE :
1/2 cup water
1/4tsp black pepper
3TBSP soy sauce
1tsp chicken powder
1TBSP cornflour
1/4tsp salt
1TBSP oyster sauce
1TBSP chili garlic sauce
2TBSP brown sugar
FOR ASSEMBLING:
3TBSP oil
2TBSP garlic minced
ginger diced
6-7green chilies diced about 1 inch
1 capsicum juvenile cutted
spring onion diced for garnishing
