RUSSELL HOBBS DICER:
RECIPES & INGREDIENTS:
THAI GREEN CURRY PASTE:
1 nub ginger, 3 garlic cloves, 2 shallots, 1 green chilli, 1 lime, 2 spring onions, 1tsp fish sauce, 1tsp lemongrass, 1tsp cumin, 1 heaped tsp lime pickle, handful coroner, 3tbsp olive oil, salt & pepper.
KERRY’S SPECIAL CURRY PASTE:
3 shallots, 3 garlic cloves, 1 nub ginger, 1 lime juice, 200ml veg stock, 1/2tsp turmeric, 2tsp garam masala, 1tsp smoked paprika, 2tbsp curry powder, salt & pepper.
KORMA CURRY PASTE:
1 nub ginger, 3 garlic cloves, 1 green chilli, handful coriander, 1/2tsp cayenne pepper, 2tsp garam masala, 1tbsp tomato paste, 3tbsp desiccated coconut, 50g ground almonds, 5tbsp ground nut oil, salt & pepper.
