OK, maybe they’re not “technically” eggrolls, but hey, I didn’t name them. Here is what I do know, they’re GOOD! SO GOOD! Crispy flour tortillas with a chicken black bean, corn, spinach and Jack cheese filling and served with an Avocado Ranch Dip, C’MON!
