I am a great fan of pickle recipes, I have special attachment for green chili pickle recipe. I prepare this pickle quite frequently and I even prepare the mix variety of mango chili pickle and lemon chili pickle. however I was getting several request to prepare the simple non adulterated hari mirch ka achar recipe. so I thought of sharing this recipe quickly without any further delay. having said that, this is an instant version chili pickle and traditionally the chilies’ are soaked in salt and then sun dried for minimum 2-3 days. later it is spiced and mixed with other pickle ingredients.
But here it is instant so you do not need to soak it or anything, you can just watch the video step-by-step and cook it.

250 g green chillies
1 1/2 tbsp mango powder
1/4cup oil
1tbsp fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
7 to 8 curry leaves
1tbsp cumin seeds
1tbsp dry coriander
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp termiric powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp black seeds
2 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp yougurt
