Tonight for dinner we’re ringing in the New Year with a resolution friendly low carb stir fry dish. Lots of fresh veggies combined with lean ground beef and a few potent Thai and Asian inspired flavors make for a quick, easy, and healthy meal.
This whole dish takes about 45 minutes to prepare, with 20 of that being prep and 25 being cook time. This is a great busy work night dinner as it can very easily be prepped ahead of time then assembled at the last minute
