Ingredients used;
1 small kalabasa
1 medium carrot
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup of malunngay leaves
2 eggs
2 tbsp water
1/4 cup of corn starch
3/4 cup of all purpose flour
salt, taste accordingly
black pepper
oil for deep frying
For Dipping;
Ketchup
Sweet chili sauce
Chili vinegar
