The first time I tried Samyang Buldak Curry Chicken noodles, I thought they tasted weird and a bit off. Today I added half oz rice wine vinegar, a splash of soy and a good squirt of hoisin sauce. PURE MAGIC. You can’t go wrong. What do you add to ‘fix’ your noodles?
