I’m a longtime fan of Melinda’s, and I’ve recently become interested in the history of this company. There are two narratives at play: the primary being from an [interview with Marie Sharp](http://www.belizemagazine.com/edition04/english/e04_05questions.htm) where she claimed she was swindled out of her own business in a hostile takeover. To my knowledge, there has been no “other side of the story” that has been comprehensively covered. However, the owner of the Melinda’s Hot Sauce company had [an alleged email exchange](https://imgur.com/a/zIh39PK/) released where he claimed that this narrative was inaccurate.
I think I have a way to get the owner’s direct attention, and would like to give him an opportunity to talk about his side of the story, as well as maybe throwing in some general questions about the business, their philosophies, approach to sauce making, etc.
