早传虾米参巴辣椒
材料:
500克 虾米
280克 葱头
20克 蒜头
550克 辣椒干糊
10克 马来盏
300毫升 油
调味:
1茶匙 盐
1½茶匙 鸡粉
2茶匙 糖
做法:
把虾米用滚水氽烫, 洗净,沥干。把虾米,蒜头,葱头,辣椒干糊与马来盏一起打碎。锅里热油,把材料爆香,加入调味,不停的炒到香味四溢,炒到干身为止。盛碟。*真的好好吃*

Grandma’s Dried Shrimp Sambal Chili
Ingredients:
500g dried shrimp
280g onion
20g garlic
550g dried chili paste
10g belacan
300ml oil
Seasonings:
1 teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoon chicken stock powder
2 teaspoon sugar
Methods:
Put dried shrimp boiling water and rinse. Grind the dried shrimp, onion, garlic, dried chili paste and belacan. Heat up oil, stir-fry the ingredients, add in the seasonings, continue stir-fry until fragrant, until it’s dry. Serve. *Very appetizing*
