A delicious chili recipe filled with fresh veggies, hearty beef, & beans. Topped with your favorite chili toppings it’s a sure crowd pleaser!
Ingredients-
1 packet chili seasoning
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion; diced
2 bell peppers; diced
2 cups beef broth
1 can tomato soup
1 can chili beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can chili ready tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
2 Tbsp Olive oil
Directions-
1. To a hot skillet add 1 Tbsp olive oil and Sauté onion & peppers with pinch of salt for 5 minutes; add to slow cooker
2. In the same pan, brown ground beef; drain
3. Stir in 2/3 packet chili seasoning
4. Add to slow cooker along with the rest of the ingredients. (Including the remaining 1/3 chili seasoning)
5. Slow cook for 7 hours on low.
6. Top with your favorite chili toppings (jalapeño, sour cream, tomatoes, cheese, etc.)
