Prawns Chilli! As the name suggests is one of the most ordered seafood in chinese restaurants. Prawns Chilli is hot, its flavourful, its spicy and its loved by all.

Nonstop Chulha brings to you a simple yet mouth watering recipe Prawns Chilli that you can cook at your home with minimum prior experience of cooking Indo-Chinese cuisines. In this video we give you the step by step process of cooking the delicious Prawns Chilli. Just gather the ingredients and we will help you cook the finest.

======================== Recipe ========================

Ingredients:
1. Prawns – 40 pieces
2. Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
3. Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
4. Sugar – 1 tsp
5. Flavouring salt – 1/4 tsp
6. Garlic (crushed) – 1 tbsp
7. Garlic (chopped) – 3 tbsp
8. Vinegar – 2 1/2 tsp
9. Soya sauce – 1 tsp
10. Dark soya sauce – 1 1/2 tbsp
11. Red chilli sauce – 1/2 tbsp
12. Refined oil – 2 1/2 tbsp
13. Refined oil for deep frying
14. Corn flour – 1/4 cup (50-60 gms)
15. All-purpose refined flour – 1/4 cup (50-60 gms)
16. Egg – 1 piece
17. Onion (chopped) – 2 medium size
18. Capsicum (chopped) – 1 large size
19. Green chillies (chopped) – 2 large size
20. Water – 1/2 cup (100 ml)
21. Water & corn flour slurry – 1 tbsp each
22. Spring onion (chopped) – handful

Steps:
1. Take the prawns in a bowl
2. Add 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp salt, crushed garlic, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce and mix well
3. Add 1/2 tbsp refined oil, corn flour, all-purpose refined flour and egg
4. Mix everything and marinate for 1 hour
5. Heat refined oil in a kadhai for deep frying
6. Once the oil is hot, fry the prawns until they are completely cooked
7. Heat 2 tbsp refined oil in a kadhai (From here cook on high flame)
8. Add chopped garlic and sauté for 8-10 seconds
9. Add onion and capsicum and sauté for 8-10 seconds
10. Add green chillies, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp salt, sugar, flavouring salt and mix well
11. Add 2 tsp vinegar, dark soya sauce, red chilli sauce and mix well
12. Add water and mix well
13. Once it boils add the water & corn flour slurry and mix well
14. Add the fried prawns and toss in the sauce
15. Sprinkle some spring onion, mix well and turn off the flame
