Fish Chilli Recipe:-
Ingredients for Marination:
1kg Boneless Fish
1 Ts Black Pepper
Salt to Taste
1 Ts Green Chilli Sauce
1 Tb Soya Sauce
1 Beaten Egg
1 Ts Chinese Salt
Mix Well and marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
Dry Mixture:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Corn Flour
Mix both and coat fish with this dry mixture and then deep fry. Fry each side 4 to 5 minutes.
Preparation of Gravy:

1st Step Preparation of Stock:
=======================
First you have to make chicken stock by putting water, Chicken bones, ginger garlic paste, pinch salt, 2/3 piece capsicum and 3/4 pieces carrot. Cook it for 30 minutes and drain it with strainer.
2nd Step :
2 Capsicum
1 Carrot
8/10 Button Red chillies
6 to 8 Green Chillies
Put 1 Tb Oil in a pan and saute all above ingredients, add pinch salt, 1/2 ts black pepper, 1/2 ts soya sauce, a/2 ts chinese salt. Saute for 1 to 2 minutes and take it out in a plate.
3rd Step:

3 to 4 Tb Oil
1 Tb Chopped Garlic
Salt to taste
2 Tb Soya Sauce
1 Tb Oyster Sauce
1 Ts Green Chilli sauce
1 Ts Black Pepper
1.5 Ts Chinese Salt
Put oil in a pan and add chopped garlic. Then add chicken stock and all above spices, Give on boil and add fried fish. Then add corn flour to make it thicken. then add all saute vegies & green part of spring onion.
Now put 3/4 Tb oil in a pan, Add chopped garlic. Saute for a miute then add all vegies, pinch salt, black pepper,soya sauce,
