3 pcs carrots, cut into round
3 head garlic, pound
2 pcs onion, half round
5-6 pcs tomatoes, cut into round
5 pcs dried bay leaves
Salt and ground black pepper
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
Dried chili or fresh (optional)
1 thumb-sized ginger
