Pork Egg Roll in a Bowl Recipe:
1 lb. Country mild sausage
2 bags. 16oz. Shredded Coleslaw mix (just cabbage and carrots)
1 medium onion – chopped
1-2 tbsp garlic
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
2-4 tbsp butter
Seasoning of choice but I used Cavenders
In a large skillet …. start to brown sausage, and in chopped onions…cook until all the way browned. Then add in garlic and soy sauce ….mix together. Add in coleslaw mix and stir together…let cook down until tender. Then addbin butter and stir until melted
Make your rice or riced cauliflower….
Serve the pork and veggie mix over the rice and enjoy!!
