Chapli Kebab Rice Platter

Preparation for Matar Rice:
Oil ¼ cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Pease 1 cup
Water 1½ cup
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Rice (soaked) 1 cup

Preparation for Apricot Sauce:
Apricot (soaked) 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Cumin ½ tsp
Garlic (cloves) 3
Onion ¼ cup
Green Chilies 2
Mint ¼ cup
Coriander ¼ cup
Water as req

Preparation for Serving:
K&N’s Chapli Kebab
Matar Pulao
Apricot Sauce
Masala Onion

Directions for Matar Pulao:
1. Add oil to a preheated pot. Add cumin and sizzle for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
2. Add pease and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add water and salt and bring it to a boil.
3. Once water starts boiling add soaked rice and let cook until 80% water has evaporated.
4. Cover with lid and let it steam for 10-12 minutes. Let the steam out. Matar pulao is ready.
Directions for Apricot Sauce:
1. In a blender, add apricot, salt, red chili flakes, cumin, garlic, onion, green chilies, mint, coriander, and water. Blend until smooth consistency has reached. Keep aside.
Directions for Serving:
1. Prepare K&N’s Chapli Kabab as per instruction on the pack. Keep aside.
2. Dish out matar pulao in a serving dish, place prepared K&N’s chapli kebab on the side. Add sauce and masala onion on the other sides. Serve.
