Chilli Prawn Recipe:

Preparation Time: 20 minutes.
Marination time : 1 hour.
Cooking Time: 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
(i). Prawns – 300 gram
(ii). Black Pepper – 1 Tbsp
(iii). Salt – 1 Tsp
(iv). Ginger – Garlic Paste – 2 Tsp
(v). Soya Sauce – 3 Tsp
(vi). Red Chilli Sauce – 3 Tsp
(vii). Tomato Sauce – 3 Tsp
(viii). All-Purpose Flour – 1 Tbsp
(ix). Corn Flour – 1 Tbsp
(x). Egg White – ½( 1 piece)
(xi). Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
(xii). Refined Oil
(xiii). Chopped Garlic – 2 Tsp
(xiv). Chopped Ginger – 1 Tsp
(xv). Sliced Green Chilli – 2 pcs
(xvi). Onion Petals – 1 Cup
(xvii). Red, Green, Yellow Capsicum – each one piece cut into small pieces
(xviii). water – 2 Tbsp

Process :-
(i). Take 300 gram Prawns in a Bowl.
(ii). add 1 Tsp Black Pepper, ½ Tsp Salt, 2 Tsp Ginger- Garlic Paste, 1 Tsp Soya Sauce, 1 Tbsp flour, 3 Tbsp Cornflour, 1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli Powder and ½ egg white, and mix it very well and set it aside for 1 hour.
(iii). After 1 hour heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated Prawns and then keep the fried prawns aside.
(iv). Heat 3 Tbsp Oil in a pan and add chopped Garlic, Chopped Ginger and Sliced Green Chilli fry it and add Onion petals.
(v). Then add all type of Capsicum and fry for 2-3 minutes and add ½ tsp Salt, Now add Fried Prawns and Mix it well.
(vi). Now add 2 tsp soya Sauce, 3 tsp Tomato Sauce, 2 tsp Red chili sauce and mix it well.
(vii). now add the excess marinate masala with 2 tbsp water and mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
(viii). After 2-3 minutes The Chilli Prawn is ready to be served.
