Cornbread Chili Recipe:
2 pounds of ground beef
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2 cans of diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
1 can of dark red kidney beans 16 oz
1 can of black beans 15.25 oz
3 tsp of black pepper
3 tsp paprika
3 tsp of tumeric
3 tsp of cumin
3 tsp of garlic powder
3 tsp of salt
3 tsp of chili powder
Cornbread topping
1 3/4 cup of yellow cornmeal
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of salt
6 tbsp of butter
1 cup of softened sour cream
3/4 cup of half & half
2 eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes on 400 degrees then enjoy!!!
