1 tbsp olive oil
5lb. ground beef
1 cup tomato paste
1 tomato, chopped
1 red bell pepper, seeded, chopped
1 large stalk celery, thinly sliced
½ onion, diced
¾ cup water
1 tsp cumin powder
1 ½ tsp chili powder
Salt, pepper, to taste
¼ tsp garlic powder, optional
