Sadhana Kitchen Gobi Pepper Fry is one of the popular and favorite South Indian party starter recipes made with gobi florets and tossed with spices. It is very similar to the Indo-Chinese gobi Manchurian or gobi chili but with a twist of South Indian tempering. It can be one of the ideal party starters which can also be served as a side to lunch and dinner meals. Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Fennel – 1/2 tsp

Note: Red Chilli Powder can be replaced by Pepper Powder.
