Sweet and spicy! This chili cook-off winning recipe came to me in a fever dream vision in the middle of the night – what could I do to make this chili stand out? Maple, peach, and bourbon was the combination I came to. I had no idea if it would work or taste good (spoiler alert – it worked and tasted amazing!). So if you’re tired of the same old chili flavour, spice up your life and try something a little more daring.
