RECIPE for 1
noodles of your choice (I used knife cut noodles)
cilantro, as much as your heart desires 🙂
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp chili flakes (I used gochugaru)
1/2 tb soy sauce
1/2 tsp black vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
2-3 tbsp oil
Instructions
1. Prepare noodles according to package instructions, then place in your serving bowl.
2. Top the noodles with minced garlic and all the other seasonings except oil.
3. Heat oil in a pan for 1-2 minutes, or until very hot. Carefully pour the hot oil over the noodles, aiming for the garlic and chili flakes.
4. Toss everything until the noodles are well coated in the sauce, serve as is or with your choice of vegetables and protein.
