1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Cajun Tartar Sauce:
1 cup Mayo
1 tbsp Dill Relish
1/4 – 1/3 Red Onion, finely diced (optional)
1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Creole Kick or your favorite creole seasoning
1/tsp Sugar
1 tsp Dill Weed
