Hari Mirch ka Achar | instant green chilli pickle | Green Chilli Pickle Recipe

Prep time: 5 – 10 mins
Cooking time: 3 – 5 mins
Serves: 3 – 4 people

Ingredients:
15 to 20 green chillies
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp hing
50g Mustard seeds split
10g Fenugreek seeds split
2 tbsp fennel seeds
2 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Juice of 1/2 lime

Method:
1. Chop the green chillies into big pieces using a scissors
2. Add oil in pan and heat until luke warm not hot
3. Add hing, Mustard seeds split, Fenugreek seeds split, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix everything on low flame
4. After 1 min turn off the flame
5. Add in the chopped green chillies, and coat them properly
6. Add salt to taste and juice of 1/2 lemon

Instant green chilli pickle is Ready

*** Store into air tight container, Store for upto 2 months in the Fridge
