GHEE RICE –
Rice – 1kg
cardamom – 6pcs
cinnamon stick – 3 big pcs
cloves – 6pcs
onion – 2 medium sized
Ginger & garlic paste – 2tbs
coconut milk – 2 cups
water as required to cook the rice
salt to taste
rampa
Rose water – few drops
fried raisins and nuts (optional)
BEEF CURRY
Beef – 750g
Turmaric – 1/2 tsp
Pepper – 1tsp
Tamarind – 4-5 pcs
salt to taste
Oil – 2tbs
green chillies – 2
cardamom – 1pc
cinnamon stick – 1pc
onion – 2 medium sized
rampa – 1 small pc
curryleaves – few
ginger & garlic paste – 1 1/2 tbs
Tomato – 2
Fenugreek seeds – 1tsp
chilli powder – 4tsp
masala powder / curry powder / coriander powder – 4tsp

Egg plant – 300g (3pcs)
Green banana – 250g (2pcs)
