Ingredients:
Grated Coconut: 1/2 Cup
Dried Red Chillies: 3 Nos
Salt: 1/4 Tsp
Oil: 1 Tsp
Mustard Seeds: 1/4 Tsp
Curry Leaves: Few

Method:
1. Today lets check out how to make red chilli coconut chutney. This is a very spicy and delicious side dish that best goes with idlis and dosas. Very quick and an instant recipe, so lets quickly check out the ingredients and get started.
2. To a mixer jar, add 1/2 cup of grated coconut. Then to this add 3 dried red chillies. You can alter this count based on your spice levels. Then add the required amount of salt. I am adding 1/4 tsp of salt. Grind this to a coarse paste.
3. Then to this add 1/2 cup of water and grind well again. Transfer the ground paste to a bowl like this.
4. Season the red chilli coconut chutney with some mustard seeds and curry leaves. Give it a quick mix and our delicious red chilli coconut chutney is ready. Serve it nice and hot with some idlis or dosas and enjoy with your family and friends.
