QUICK AND EASY CHILI MAC SUPPER & MORE | COOK WITH ME

Hey family! In today’s video we’re making a quick and easy dinner! Five Minute Instant Pot Chili Mac is the name, but it really takes around 20 minutes total. Still quick and easy though! šŸ˜šŸ‘

5 Minute Instant Pot Chili Mac:

Ingredients
1/2 onion diced
1 lb ground beef
1 can diced tomatoes 15 oz
1 can Rotel
1 can tomato sauce 8 oz.
1 can red kidney beans 15 oz
8 oz elbow macaroni uncooked
1 c beef broth or water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 TB chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
Turn Instant Pot to saute and add olive oil, onions, and ground beef.
Brown meat until cooked.
Drain and turn saute function off.
Pour in the can of red beans (undrained), diced tomatoes, Rotel, chili powder. garlic powder, and tomato sauce and stir together. Pour in your broth or water, then sprinkle noodles on top but do NOT stir!! Just gently push down to submerge noodles into the liquid but keep on top. (if you stir, you may get burn notice)
Seal, and turn IP to high pressure for 5 minutes.
When done do a quick release and carefully open lid. Stir. Serve topped with cheese!!
