Ingredients :
500 gm – Paneer ( Cut into Big Stripe )
Tale a Bowl and add
2 tbsp – Corn Flour
1 tbsp – Maida
1/2 tsp – Soya Sauce
1/4 tsp – Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp – Ginger Garlic Paste
2 tbsp – Schezwan Sauce
1 tbsp – Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
Mix With Hand Wishker Properly ,add Little Little Water till Batter Coat to Spoon
Deep Paneer Strips in Batter and Shallow Fry the Strips
Keep all Sticks in Tissue Paper and then insert One One Skewers in Paneer Strips
2nd Method :
For More Crispy
Roll Each Paneer Strips into Cornflour and then deep into above batter and Shallow fry the Strips qnd insert the Wooden Skewers
Take a Pan and add
2 tbsp – Oil
1 tbsp – Garlic Crushed
1 tbsp – Green Chilli Chopped
1 no – Onion Chopped
Saute all the things in High Flame
1+1/2 tbsp – Schezwan Sauce / Chutney
Saute Properly
1/2 tbsp – Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp – Tomato Ketchup
1/4 tsp – Soya Sauce
Mix Properly
Tale Small Bowl and add
1 tbsp – Corn Flour
2 tbsp – Water and Make Slurry ( thin )
add in above Pan and add Water and Mix Properly ,Cook Little
1/2 Cup – Water
and Boil Properly
1/2 tsp – Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp – Sugar
1 tsp – Vinegar
Salt to taste and Mix Properly
Keep above Stick above the Sauce amd Roll in the Sauce
Sprinkle Some Spring Onion Chopped
and Serve Hot
