You know idli is popular and the mini idli is special. So I wanted to give you a special dish from Mini Idli. It’s Kaima Idli Kaima idli is a dish that has a punchy taste. There is a pre-process in this idli. Other than that, the rest of the process is easy. If you have the Gravy done, this is a 5-minute process. You can make this Kaima idli from the leftover idli from your breakfast. I mean if you have 2 to 3 idli after breakfast, you can make a beautiful dish out of it. Let’s see how to make a Hotel Style Kaima Idli.

Here are the ingredients for Kaima idli
For idli
Idli batter – 250gms
Ghee – 1/2 tsp
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Maida – 1 tbsp
Groundnut oil deep frying

For Gravy
Groundnut oil – 1tbsp
Cashew nuts – 2tbsp
Poppy seeds – 2tsp
Tomato big – 3nos
Sliced Onion big – 1nos
Fennel seeds – 1tsp
Cinnamon and cloves – few

For Dish
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cashew nut – 1tbsp
Chopped onion – 3tbsp
Tomato – 2nos
Green chilli – 4nos
Curry leaves – few
Chopped Coriander leaves – 2tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2tsp
Chilli powder – ½ tsp
Channa masala – ½ tsp
Garam masala – ¼ tsp
Salt – as required
