Ingredients:
1 block of Extra Firm Tofu
4 to 5 cloves of Minced Garlic
1/2 inch of Minced Ginger
3 stalks of Green Onions / Spring Onions
4 tablespoon Oil
2 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
120 gram of Pad Thai Noodles (cooked as per package instruction) or use any type of noodles of your choice
To make Chili Soy Sauce:
3 tablespoon of Dark Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of Vegan Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of Maple syrup
2 to 3 tablespoon of Gochujang Chili Paste (korean red chili paste) (adjust as per your spice level)
1/2 teaspoon of Smoked Paprika (optional)
Garnish:
Few chopped spring onions
