Star Ring Pizza
Ingredients for Dough:
All-purpose Flour 3 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Yeast 1 tbsp
Granulated Sugar 1 tbsp
Water 3/4 cup
Olive oil 1/4 cup
Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Chicken boneless (Cubes) 500 g
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Assembling:
Dough
Pizza sauce as required
Prepared chicken as required
Nurpur Cheddar Cheese (grated) as required
Green Capsicum (Chopped) as required
Red capsicum (chopped) as required
Onion (Cubes) as required
Black olives (sliced) as required
Sweet corn as required
Nurpur Mozzarella cheese (grated) as required
Red chili flakes as required
Oregano as required
Directions for Pizza Dough Preparation:
1. In a jar add water, sugar and yeast. Mix it well and let it rest for 5-7 minutes.
2. In a bowl add flour, salt and whisk well. Add yeast mixture and oil. Knead a soft and smooth dough. Grease with oil and cover with cling film. Let it rest until doubles in size.
Directions for Chicken Preparation:
3. In a bowl add chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, white pepper, red chili powder, vinegar, hot sauce, onion powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice and mix well. marinate for 15-20 minutes
4. Heat oil in a pan and add marinated chicken. Cook until chicken is fully done and water dries out. Your chicken is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
5. Take the prepared dough, divide it into 2 equal parts.
6. Flatten it with hands. Place it on greased pizza pan. Place diagonal intersecting cuts in the center of the dough.
7. Add a layer of pizza sauce, Nurpur Cheddar Cheese, cooked chicken, Nurpur Mozzarella Cheese, green capsicum, onion, red capsicum, sweet corn, black olives on the side of the pizza dough.
8. Pick the intersecting pizza dough parts and combine them to the edge of pizza dough making a star shape.
9. Sprinkle red chili flakes, oregano on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C 25-30 minutes.
10. Your Star Ring Pizza is ready to serve.
