Minced pork stir-fry for a quick and easy midweek meal. It takes just 15 minutes to make, so is perfect for lazy evenings.
βΆ Ingredients :
β 350 g, Pork
β 50 g, Onion
β 2 stalks, Lemongrass
β 4-5 cloves, Garlic
β 5-6 Red Chili Peppers
β 3-4 stems, Scallion
β 1 1/2 tsp, Sugar
β 1 1/2 tsp, Fish Sauce
β 1 tsp, Light Soy Sauce
β 1 tsp, Dark Soy Sauce
β Black Pepper Powder
β 1 tsp, Cornstarch + 25ml, water
β Cooking oil.
Method:
1. Mince/Grind the pork into 1/8 inch pieces or smaller.
2. Chop the garlic into very small pieces.
3. Cut the lemongrass into thinly slices.
4. Cut the chili peppers at a 45-degree angle pieces.
5. Cut the scallion into rings or 45-degree angle pieces.
6. Heat the oil in a large pan over a medium heat, Add the garlic, lemongrass, onion and red chili peppers. SautΓ© for 2-3 minutes without color until the onion is soft.
7. Add the minced pork, fry and break it into small pieces with your spatula, about 1-2 minutes.
8. Season with the sugar, fish sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce. Mix it until even.
9. Add the black pepper powder, pour the cornstarch + water.
10. Stir fried for a few seconds until dries and sprinkle the scallion.
11. Serve with steamed rice and enjoy your meal.

Step 1: With a sharp knife, slice lengthwise meat into thinly slices.
Step 2: Then slice crosswise each piece into thinly slices.
Step 3: Finely chop the meat into 1/8 inch pieces or smaller.
