Corn Chowder –
3 Bean Chili –
1 14.5 oz can crushed tomatoes
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 14.5 oz can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 14.5 oz can pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
1 14.5 oz can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 cup red lentils
3 stalks celery diced
1 medium white onion diced
2 medium carrots chopped
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp each, cumin, garlic powder, paprika
1 tbsp better than bullion (optional)
2 cups water

Combine all of your ingredients into your instant pot and cook on manual, sealed for 25 minutes and let it naturally release. For the stovetop place in a large saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook 30 minutes. Place over baked potatoes, fries or rice. Potato cheese sauce is really good on top as well as green onions.
