DHANI DRY FRUIT CHEVDA
INGREDIENTS:
• Oil
• 1 cup poha
• ¼ cup almonds
• ¼ cup cashew
• ¼ cup raisins
• 2 tbsp green chillies (chopped)
• 5-10 curry leaves
• 10-12 nos. papad
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 cup dhani
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• 2 tbsp sugar powder
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• Salt as per taste
METHOD:
• First take a pan oil and fry the poha. Then fry almonds, cashew, raisins, green chillies, curry leaves, papad.
• Now roast dhani in butter. Then transfer all the fried ingredients in the roasted dhani. Add black pepper powder, chaat masala, sugar powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt as per taste.
• Mix everything properly.
• DHANI DRYFRUIT CHEVDA is ready.

PAPAD POHA
INGREDIENTS
• 6-8 Papad
• 1 cup Poha
• Oil for frying
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp red chili powder
METHOD
• Deep-fry the papad until crisp.
• Now in kadhai take 1 tbsp. oil add turmeric powder, chili powder, and Poha.
• Mix well and then turns off the flame add the crushed papad.
• Store in an airtight container.
