
I just discovered Buldak from this [AskReddit thread](https://www.reddit.com/r/AskReddit/comments/tgiuyt/whats_your_i_put_that_shit_on_everything_sauce/i12e042/). Tried it and it was umami-filled delicious.
However, some of the ingredients are skeevy at best:
* disodium 5’ribonucleotide (wtf even is that)
* hydrochloric acid ([eeek](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NddZ5ftQb0Q))
* sodium hydroxide (literally the active ingredient in Draino)
Is this stuff… safe?
