Ingredients:
Oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic, finely chopped – 1 tbsp
Dry red chili – 1
Green chili, finely chopped – 1
Onions, petals – 1 cup
Green capsicum, diced – ½ cup
Red capsicum, diced – ½ cup
Salt – ½ tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Green chili sauce – 1 tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Steamed idlis, quartered – 2 cups
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, red chili and green chili. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add onions and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add capsicum and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add salt, pepper and mix.
5. Add ketchup, green chili sauce, soy sauce and mix well.
6. Add idlis, mix well so idlis absorb all sauces and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
