Ingredients List (Season to Taste. Feel free to mix it up!)
• McCormick Chicken Chili Mix (1 or 2 packs)
• 2 or 3 Boneless Chicken Breasts, fat removed
• Chef Merito Chicken (Pollo) Seasoning (WARNING: CONTAINS MSG)
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
• 1.5 tsp Black or 1 tsp White Pepper
• 2tsp Dried Red pepper Flakes (optional)
• 1tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
• ¼ tsp Ground Cumin
• Ground Cinnamon (a dash)
• 1 Bay Leaf (Optional)
• One Medium Onion (chopped)
• Half A Large Red or Green Bell Pepper
• 2 to 3 chopped garlic cloves
• 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 15.25oz Can Drained Sweet Kernel Yellow Corn
• 2 cans undrained beans (14.5 or 15oz cannellini, great northern, white kidney beans, red kidney, pinto beans etc.).
• 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5oz or larger)
