Ingredients:
The Minced Stuffing:
Oil – As Required
Onion – 1 Large Onion
Garlic – 4-5 Cloves, Finely Chopped
Green Chili – 1 Pcs, Finely Chopped
Red Chili – 1 Pcs, Finely Chopped
Minced Chicken – 500-600 GM
Egg – 5-6 Eggs, Beaten
White Pepper – 1 Tbsp
Salt – To Taste
Spring Onion – A Handful. Finely Chopped
Sotong Sumbat Goreng (Fried Stuffed Squid):
Squid – 1.4 KG – 2 KG or 6-10 Pcs of Large Squid, Cleaned and Washed (Head With Legs And Body Separated)
The Minced Stuffing – 4-5 Cups Of The Stir Fry (Refer Above)
Tooth Pick – As Required
Egg – 1 Whole Egg, Beaten
Fried Flour (Bestari Frying Flour) – 2-3 Cups or As Required
Oil – As Required To Deep Fry
Thai Chili Sauce – Optional (For Dipping)
