Ema datshi is often recognized as a national dish of Bhutan. It consists of different varieties of chilies (dried or fresh), as well as a melting cheese of your choice.
In order to reduce the spiciness of our Ema Datshi a bit, we mixed in a bell pepper, which added a pleasant sweetness to the dish.
Give our Ema Datshi recipe a go and enjoy!
