Chicken Chilli Dry | Recipe By Masooma Ali Sethi | Dr. Waseem

Ingredients
o ½ kg Boneless Chicken
o Salt &Pepper as per taste taste
o 1 tsp Chilli flakes
o ½ tspOregano pinch
o Red chilli powder
o ½ tbsp Garlic
o ½ tbsp Ginger
o 2tbsp Soya Sauce
o 2 tbsp White Vinegar
o 2 medium size Green Bell Pepper
o Medium size Onion
o Spring Onion as per taste
o 2Green Chillies
o 3 tsp tablespoon olive oil For cooking
o 2 tsp for marination
Instructions
1. Chop the capsicum and onion into chunky pieces and then chop the spring onion and separate the green part from the white and the middle. Also chop the chicken into bite size pieces.
2. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, chilli flakes , red chilli powder ,vinegar, soya sauce and chilli sauce ,oregano , 2 tsb olive oil . Let it marinate for 20 minutes
3. Heat the olive oil and fry the ginger, garlic. Once the garlic starts to turn brown, add in the chicken.
4. You want to cook this at the highest heat possible and give it all a good mix.
5. Once the chicken is halfway cooked you can add, the onion and the green bell pepper. If you want the veggies to have more crunch you can add them in later on, more towards the end of the cooking.
6. Now give everything a good mix
7. Now that the chicken has cooked, the veggies too and the sauce is the the consistency you like, finish with the spring onion greens and give it all once last good mix
