Ingredients for Baby corn manchurian
To make a fried baby corn
Sliced baby corn – 200 gm
Salt – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Ginger & Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Chili powder – 1 tbsp
Corn flour – 3 tbsp
Deep fry baby corn for 2 mins.
To make sause for manchurian
Oil – 4 tbsp
Chopped garlic – 2 tbsp
Chopped ginger – 2 tbsp
Green chili – 1 no
Cube Onion – 1 no (150 gm)
Cube Capsicum – 1 cup (150 gm)
Chili sauce – 2 tbsp
Tomato sause – 1 tbsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Water – 50 ml
Salt – 1 tsp
Corn paste – 1 tbsp ( mix with water)
Fried baby corn – 200 gm
Baby corn Manchurian is a indo Chinese style of stir baby corns which are pre boiled,fried and then cooked with capsicum, onion and sauce’s.
