Today we are going to learn how to make Gujarati sabzi dum aloo also known as lasaniya batata
✓very easy to make
✓you can serve as a starter with bhungra(bhungla) in your special occasions
✓bhungla is a fryms and batata which is made with garlic chatni (garlic potato)

Recipe ingredients:-
✓10-12 :- boiled baby potatoes (if you have big one than cut it in to pieces)
∆for garlic chatni:-
✓8-10:- garlic cloves (lahsun ki kaliya)
✓2 tsp:- kashmiri red chilli powder
✓1 tsp:- coriander seeds (dhaniya)
✓1tsp:- cumin seeds (jeera)
✓1/4 tsp:- black pepper powder
✓1/4 tsp:- turmeric powder (haldi)
✓salt to taste
∆for making batata:-
✓2 tbsp:- cooking oil
✓prepared garlic chatni
✓for garnish :- coriander leaves
