1 buah tomat ukuran sedang
2 lembar daun salam
2 iris lengkuas
1 batang sereh geprek
15 buah cabai hijau
10 buah cabai merah rawit boleh di ganti
5 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
Sedikit minyak untuk menumis
Bumbu larut:
1 sdt tepung maizena
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdt kaldu jamur
1 sdm kecap asin
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt gula merah/gulpas
1 sdt kecap manis
1/2 sdt lada bubuk
Sedikit air jangan trlalu bnyak yahh’jangan lupa cek rasa’untuk semua ukuran/takaran boleh di ganti sesuai selera yahh…

1/2 kg baby squid
1 medium size tomato
2 bay leaves
2 slices of galangal
1 stalk lemongrass geprek
15 green chilies
10 pieces of cayenne pepper can be replaced
5 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
A little oil for frying
Soluble seasoning:
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp oyster sauce
.1 tsp mushroom stock
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp brown sugar/sugar
1 tsp sweet soy sauce
1/2 tsp pepper powder
A little water, don’t take too much, don’t forget to check the taste. For all sizes/measures, you can change it according to your taste…
