Ingredients for Minced filling:
Oil 1-2 tbs
Qeema (Mince) 250 gms (Beef/mutton)
Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted ½ tbs
Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
Lal mirch (Red chili flakes) ½ tbs
Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted ½ tbs
Pyaz (Onion) chopped 200 gms
•Tematar (tomatoe) chopped 200 gms
• Tomato puree
•Soya sauce 1tbs
•Chili sauce 1tbs
•dried herbs
Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
Pani (Water) 1 tbs or as required
Samosa patti/Manda patti
Cooking oil for frying
