Hummus
Ingredients
Cooked Chickpeas – 1/2 to 1 cup
Tahini – 2 tablespoons
Garlic clove – 2
Extra-virgin olive oil – blend 1/4 cup of olive oil into the dip, and extra drizzle of oil on top.
Water – start with 5 tablespoons and add more, as needed, to give it a delectable light, fluffy texture!
Salt as needed
Chili flakes and coriander leaves for garnish

Ingredients
Soaked Chickpeas – 2 cups
Handful of Coriander leaves
Garlic cloves- 2
Green chillies – 2
Onion – 1
Salt as needed
Chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
Pepper as needed
Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
Breadcrumbs – 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice
Oil for frying

Ingredients
Boneless chicken 400g
Chili powder
Curry powder
Salt
Cumin powder
Pepper powder
Lemon juice
Ginger garlic paste
Onion – 1 (thinly sliced)
Green chili – 2 ( thinly sliced)
Few coriander leaves

Pita Bread
Ingredient
3 cups All purpose flour + extra flour for dusting
Yeast – 3 teaspoon
Salt
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Fresh Milk – 1 cup
Water for kneading
Oil – 1 tablespoon

Assemble the wraps
Spread a generous amount of the hummus on the pita bread and some tomato ketchup.
Add the chicken salad and a few falafels.
Roll up serve
