Description
This Leftover Cutlet Recipe is a very tasty option to use leftover cooked rice. We have shared two methods to make these rice Cutlets – Air Fryer or Stovetop. Please choose the method which is convenient to you.They can be used as an evening snacks, lunchbox ideas and picnic snacks. Ingredients
1. 1 Cup Leftover Rice, Cooked
2. 1 Potato, Boiled
3. ½ Chopped Onion
4. ¼ Cup Besan(Gram Flour)
5. 2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
6. 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
7. 1 Tbsp Red Chili Paste/Chili Powder
8. 1 Tsp Salt
9. 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
10. 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
11. ¼ Tsp Garam Masala
12. ¼ Tsp Dry Mango Powder
13. 2 Tbsp Oil

Method
1. Take a mixing bowl and add 1 cup leftover rice, 1 boiled potato, ½ chopped onion, ¼ cup besan(gram flour), 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp red chili paste or red chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp garam masala and ¼ tsp dry mango powder. Mix well.
2. Now, take 2 tbsp mixture in your hands and roll into a ball. Form cutlet shape as you desired. The other shapes than round are square, rectangular, oval, heart and cylindrical.
3. Transfer cutlets in an air fryer basket and brush little oil over cutlets.
4. Air Fry For 7 mins At 180°C. Flip the cutlets and again air fry for another 6-8 minutes.
5. Serve hot with ketchup and chutney.
