Honey Chilli Potato

Ingredients :

500 gm – Potato ( Big )
Peeled and Cut into fries Shape
Keep above fries in Chilled Water
And wash 2 times Properly

Boil water in a Pan
Add fries
Salt to taste and mix it
Boil till half done
And strain the fries and put chilled water over it and let cool properly
And keep fries into freezer for 1 hour
After that add
2 tbsp – Corn Flour

Batter
Take a Bowl and add
4 tbsp – Corn Flour
3 tbsp – Maida
Salt to taste
1/2 Cup – Water
Make a batter and keep a aside

Take a fries put in batter and fry it till Half fry
Whenever need fry 2nd time till golden

Mixture :
1 tbsp – Corn Flour
1 tbsp – Tomato ketchup
1 tbsp – Soya Sauce
1 tbsp – Red Chilli Powder
1 Cup – Water
Mix very well and keep aside

Take a Pan
2 tbsp – Oil
2 tbsp – Garlic Chopped
1 tbsp – Ginger Chopped
1 -2 no – Green Chillies Slant Cut
1/4 Cup – Spring Onion White Part Chopped
Sauté in High Flame till light Golden
1 no – Capsicum Julian Cut
Sauté little we want Capsicum Crunchy
Add fried fries
Add above Mixture and mix Well
1 tbsp – Red Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp – Soya Sauce ( Total u can add 2-3 tbsp as par colour preference )
1 tbsp – Tomato Ketchup
2 tbsp – Honey
Salt to taste
2 tbsp – Spring Onion Green Part ( long Cut )
And mix it n serve

Garnish : Sprinkle Til Roasted , and Chopped Spring onion
