The ingredients are
1. Boneless Chicken 250 GMS,
2. chopped celery leaves 2 tbsp,
3.chopped celery straw 2 tbsp,
4.chopped ginger 2 tbsp,
5.chopped garlic 2 tbsp,
6.chopped carrot 4 tbsp,
7.chopped spring garlic & Spring Onion 4 tbsp,
8.chops spring onion 4 tbsp,
9.4 tbsp chopped bell peppers (100 grams green red and yellow),
10. Combination of rock salt black salt and normal salt to taste,
11. pinch of paprika powder to taste,
12.Combination of Nutmeg powder, black pepper powder and white pepper powder 10 GMS,
13. white vinegar 2 tbsp,
14.dark vinegar 2 tbsp,
15.Soya sauce 2 tablespoon,
16.chopped red chili from 4 to 5 chilies
17. ginger garlic paste 2 to 3 tbsp and
18.Water 500 ml, 16. Corn Starch.
PROCESS-
1. In hot pot we have added 250 grams of boneless chopped chicken, spring onion, spring
garlic 2 tbsp, 2 tbsp of chopped ginger, 1-2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 4 tbsp of chopped carrot, 1 tbsp of chopped garlic, chopped celery leaves chopped, bell peppers, and onion petals, bell peppers( that is red peppers green bell peppers and red bell peppers), now we are adding 250 ml of water,
2. Now switch on our gas oven and we will boil it for the next five(5) minutes in low to medium flame. Now we are adding dark vinegar 2 tbsp, 2 Tbsp. of white vinegar, spring garlic and will cook it for next 5 minutes in low to medium flame for 5 minutes.
3. All ingredients including chicken will boil after 5 minutes . Now we are heating the frying pan and we are adding all the boiled ingredients in the frying pan from the hot pot and stir it and mix it well on the frying pan.
4. Again we are adding each and every ingredients – one tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, dark vinegar 2 tbsp, soya sauce 2 tbsp, little bit of the combination of rock salt black salt and normal salt, paprika powder half teaspoon and so obvious chopped and tiny pieces of dark vinegar marinated red and green chili for excellent aromatic flavor to the recipe, along with little bit of vinegar along with chopped spring onion 2 tbsp, add chopped spring garlic 2 tbsp, adding chopped ginger 1 tbsp, little bit of mixed of salt the combination of rock salt black salt and normal salt now we are grating little bit of nutmeg powder , black pepper powder, white pepper powder.
5. Now our recipes start boiling. We are going to mix it with a tablespoon of cornstarch along with half a cup of water and mix it very well. Add the mixture of cornstarch and water and stir it well and mix it very well. Again we will cook it for another 2 minutes. Add 2 tbsp of chopped garlic and so obviously whole green chili and red chilli which was duly marinated in dark vinegar look chicken has been already boiled. Look how beautiful it is. It is totally oil free and we’ll cook it for another one to two minutes in Low to Medium Flame now our oil free chili chicken recipe is totally ready.
