Ingredients:
– for the beans
2 Cups Pinto Beans
1 Jalapeño Pepper
2 TBSP Chicken Bouillon
2 TBSP Unsalted Butter
1 Onion – Chopped
2 tsp Minced Garlic
7 Cups Water
– for the meat
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Chipotle Pepper – Chopped
1 tsp Adobo Sauce
1 TBSP Tomato Paste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Green Onion (garnish)
Sour Cream
