It’s yummy seasonal Raw Mango Pachadi. it’ll have a punchy taste, a yummy flavor when it’s cooked perfectly. This dish will suit everything including rice varieties. This recipe is from one of my friend’s mothers from Tanjore. And this recipe is almost 15 to 20 years old. And we follow this recipe in our home too.

Here are the ingredients for the raw mango pachadi
Raw Mango – 2 nos
Jaggery – 1 cup
Groundnut Oil – 2 tbsp
Dry red chili – 2 nos
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Urad dhal – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinches
Curry leaves – a sprig
